Plan 1 - Standard Buyer Agency $0 / +2% at closing

  • Sign a Buyer Agency Agreement for a term of 4 months.
  • If the seller is not offering a Buyer Agent commission (co-op), the buyer agrees to pay 2.0% to your agent at settlement.
  • If the seller is offering a commission (co-op), but it is below the full 2.5%, the buyer will be responsible at settlement to cover the difference up to 2.0%.
